Recent progress in the Hungarian neutron user community
The Institute Laue Langevin (ILL) in collaboration with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences is organising a workshop in Budapest, Hungary.
The aim of the meeting is to find synergies, to inform the Hungarian neutron user community about the capabilities of the ILL’s instruments suite and to reveal its ongoing modernisation program ‘Endurance’ (Phase I and upcoming Phase II) in order to identify the main points of interests of the Hungarian scientific community.
After opening remarks from : Prof. János Levendovszky, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation at BME; Prof. Helmut Schober, Director of the ILL and Dr. István Szabó, Vice President of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office, more than 10 scientists from the ILL and from Hungarian institutes will present their work in order to identify possible collaboration routes.
Time will be given for informal exhanges and experience sharing.
